Wullie Johnstone was the Secretary for many years. He came from Armadale but married a Whitburn girl., and became a Burnie fanatic. The annual trophy played for between Whitburn and the Dale is in memory of Wullie.

Jimmy Ferguson was also the Secretary for many years after Wullie. He worked for the old Whitburn Town Council and later the WL District Council; This proved very useful for the club as the old Town Council gave him the use of a tractor and grass cutter for free, for cutting the park on match days.

Bobby Welsh was the Match Secretary for many years. His son Robert later played for the club.

Andra Stevenson was club linesman for years on match days. I don`t know if this practice still continues.
